The superior room offered fine views of the canal. Breakfast room can get crowded during peak hours.

Approachable and great stuff who provided me with excellant advice and service, luxurious classic room. Location - marvellous near to Venice by train or bus and main canal. Also, near a good restaurant-Casa Bonita.

We were moved to a classic room and had a multi-channel television, ironing facilities and a writing desk. The place had a quiet atmosphere. The location was marvellous for walking around a historic canal bridge.

Lovely small bed and breakfast on side canal, within reasonable walking distance from the station. The four poster bed room has a nice balcony on which you can sit and watch the canal life go by..
Basic breakfast in too small a room, it would be much better to have breakfast trays in the balcony rooms.

The hotel has a charming atmosphere with easy access to
The canal and nearby restaurants. My room was spacious and beautifully decorated, but the bathroom felt slightly dated. The staff were kind and offered great local tips. A lovely spot to unwind after sightseeing.

Very comfortable small hotel with pretty and well decorated rooms. Excellent staff, helpful. Good location as near Crea and Guglie water stations and in walking distance of railway, which suited us as we had a number of suitcases and therefore preferred to be near the station.

Sewer smell issues in the corridors and rooms!!! Poor air conditioning that hardly cooled during warm nights!!! Limited parking options nearby can be quite inconvenient for travelers!!!

Bed sheets are clean; Staff is friendly; Easy to access from airport, taking one bus about 25 min. and cost $3 euro per person. No need for water bus or water taxi; The location is ok if you like to walk. 20 min. walk to city centre and 10 min. walk from train station. Venice is a small city, 30 min. walk can from east to west.
Value of the money is not worth it. It is located in a very small lane – hard to find. The entry doors are small – difficult for luggage. If you want a room with canal view, you have to upgrade your room. The hotel was over booked when I checked in around 3:30pm. So, I was arranged to a room besides the hotel building at ground floor (not inside the hotel building). As their staff said it is belong to the hotel as well. The room is big but the furniture was like from a garage sale (pink color furniture mixed with grandma style dark brown furniture - awful). There is a spared net above our head of bed. The bath room is newly renovated but it is small. The breakfast does not provide meat (ham or salami) and cheese. All are sweet stuff with sugar. No wifi in the hotel rooms. Only at reception area if you bring your own computer and the cost is $10 euro per stay. It is too expensive and inconvenient. I haven’t bothered to try.

The room was well cleaned every day, and I appreciated the comfortable bed. They even left a welcome bottle of Prosecco, a nice touch! Plus, the option to leave our baggage at the hotel for free on our last day was very helpful.
The neighborhood was a bit noisy at times.

Lovely hotel in quiet location close to attractions, helpful, friendly staff, large clean rooms, and beautiful surrounding terrace.
The breakfast and coffee could use improvement.
